Murat Uysal started his career in Istanbul Bar Association in 2002 and has worked in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and project financing for many years at Turkey’s leading la firms. After conducting the sales process of a Turkish bank, he worked as chief legal counsel of the Turkish Branch of an international bank between 2004-2005. In 2007, he founded Uysal & Tolan Law Firm with Boğaç Tolan.
